ہم کورسز کیسے چنتے ہیں

کوئی کورس تبھی شامل ہوتا ہے جب وہ آفیشل اپ لوڈ ہو اور ہمارے معیار پر 20 میں سے کم از کم 14 نمبر لے۔

1. Official uploads only

We list videos only from the channel of the teacher or institution that made them (for example freeCodeCamp.org, CS50, MIT OpenCourseWare, DigiSkills, GFXMentor, Hisham Sarwar), checked against an allowlist of channels. Every lesson is checked with YouTube's public oEmbed service: it must exist, allow embedding, and be uploaded by the allowlisted channel. Re-uploads of paid courses are never listed, however they are titled.

2. The quality bar (out of 20)

  • Completeness (0 to 5): covers a stated syllabus from start to finish.
  • Teaching (0 to 5): clear audio, a readable screen, explains the why.
  • Currency (0 to 4): tool versions and practices still apply today.
  • Language fit (0 to 3): clean Urdu, English or Hindi, or clearly labelled as a mix.
  • Reception (0 to 3): how learners respond, from likes and a sample of comments.

Courses scoring below 14 are not listed. Courses are reviewed again every year, and technology courses every six months.

3. Lessons and chapters

A playlist becomes one lesson per video, in the teacher's order. A single long video becomes one lesson per chapter, using the uploader's own chapter timestamps, so your progress is tracked inside it. Shorts, trailers and long livestream replays are left out.

Some courses are listed from the playlist's public YouTube feed, which gives the first 15 videos and the channel that owns the playlist. Those courses show at most 15 lessons with a link to the full playlist on YouTube, and a lesson's length appears once it plays.

4. Daily health checks

Videos sometimes disappear or stop allowing embedding. Lessons are re-checked automatically; a lesson that no longer plays is switched off, and a course with too many missing lessons is hidden until it is fixed.

5. Our own words

Course summaries, outcomes, topic guides and paths are written by Sabaq from the teacher's own syllabus, chapter list and description. We never copy captions or transcripts.
